It all started the fall of 2007 when I attended a local home show. I passed a booth that was putting a child’s picture on a golf ball and I was so amazed. I watched for a while and just thought what a fun business. That is all it took and I started my business in 2008 with a pad printing machine and a screen printing machine and access to helping companies with promotional products, also known as swag. Although it was the pad printer, putting the images on the golf balls that intrigued me, the screen printing became our niche.
It started off slowly, as my husband liked to call it a hobby and has grown to a full service business. I found that most companies who wanted screen printed tee shirts and hoodies also wanted embroidery. So we added that to our offerings along with vinyl. Long story short we have added many more machines to my shop including sublimation, transfers and rhinestones. I also added a laser cutter to allow me to do leather patches and of course fun wood projects.
My first clients were schools and they continue to be very important to my business. I do the artwork in house or can work with ideas that my clients bring to me or create ideas for them to pick from. This is a family run business with myself and my husband helping me when I need the extra hands.
Customer service is very important to me and most of my clients become my good friends. Another great part of my business is personalization. I love to help people with those special projects that can make all the difference to the person receiving it. Personalization makes gifts feel like more care was put in to the gift. Plus as an added bonus the person cannot re-gift it when it has their name on it.
